Our client, a luxury automotive dealership, is looking for a Payroll Associate to join their team in Pasadena!

Details

• Contract, with potential for hire
• Pay: $24-27/hr
• On site in Pasdena, 7:30AM - 4:00PM
• Business professional attire

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required
• 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing
• Experience using ADP payroll systems
• General understanding of general ledger functions, as well as accounts receivable/accounts payable processes
• Strong, polished communication skills and professional office etiquette.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, too!
• Experience with Workforce Manager for timekeeping, and familiarity with CDK software is a strong plus but not required.
• Experience preparing or reviewing commission reports is highly desirable.
• Candidate must have appropriate business-professional attire, including the ability to cover any visible tattoos; no facial piercings may be worn while at work.
